The tourist information center consists of two parts. One is a tower used for cafe, exhibition... people can get a nice view of the city while enjoy a cup of coffee. The other part organizes the paths, plaza, virescence（landscape）extending from the tower to the surrounding. I believe that not only Barcelona but also the building itself can impress tourists very much.
